On Friday, April 5, Artech’s Cedar Knolls office celebrated the arrival of Spring with a potluck. Some of the dishes included Anthony’s yummy spinach dip, delicious deviled eggs, and awesomely good veggie squares. There was also tasty pani poori by Pooja and Khurshid, pasta, savory stuffed mushrooms, and zesty BBQ chicken. To round out the meal was an assortment of delicious desserts including strawberry crumble, cheesecake, and ambrosia.
